I love the newest technology(optomap is super cool) they use and love how I am treated as a patient because I know they truely care for my eyes. They are my trusted professionals because they are punctual and caring. San Antonio Eye Professionals is the ONLY place I trust with my eyes!! I love the doctors and staff there who are always friendly and professional. Seriously, even though I have moved out of town, I will never forget the experience and may just continue to come back to you guys whenever I come visit!
Thank you guys so much for everything that you guys have done for me. SAEP went beyond themselves again and reordered new contact lenses and made sure that I would receive them in a timely manner at no extra cost! Anywhere else would have made you pay for another pair because your insurance is either maxed out or you no longer carry it. I waited but the post office never redelivered my package and so they were sent back. But here is where they just blew me away with awesomeness! I moved out of town when my contacts were ordered and they had no hesitations to mail them to me. Tran was wonderful and she was very educational with my optical health. My experience with SAEP first of all is going above and beyond! My visit with Dr. I am totally dreading having to go waste another hour of my life that I will never get back to that place!! I shot myself in the foot going there in the first place., now I just have to deal with it.Īnd for all those who wrote positive reviews., well I guess if you cant see then it really doesnt matter, does it? Not to mention I travel two days from the day I am writing this review. Oh and guess what? They dont have the brand that works well for me so they have to be ordered., OF COURSE. Same Rx DOES NOT MEAN SAME MANUFACTURER!! So now I have to go back and "see" the doctor to get everything squared out. Next, they messed up my daily wear contacts order and filled it with a different brand, (who knows maybe they screwed the insurance company some more., who knows.), and obviously the receptionist could not conceive they had done this, much less understand that the trials they provided were not what they had written down on their finalized report. She waited with me for almost 2 hrs to be able to get out of there. My wife and I had appointments, she arrived 15 minutes behind and they had to reschedule, wtf? I understand 30-45 minutes late, but comon., what is this doctor, a neurosurgeon? She missed work to go there and they could not see her that day, no exceptions., but they didnt mind keeping us inside a room for an hour while they allocated other patients around so no one can leave. Horrible customer service with a condescending attitude of entitlement towards patients in an attempt to cover up blatant incompetence. They should appear in CNBCs American Greed and if they are doing Insurance fraud I hope they get squeezed and squeal like pigs! What kind of place does that!!? Lord knows how much they charged BCBS for it. You have to sign a waiver if you dont want it.
Made me take a test I knew they were scamming my insurance with, Techy., yes, but did I want it.? NO. They held me up for 1:45 minutes while they cattle herded all the patients and lined them up in seats against the wall. If they had NEGATIVE stars, this would have 10Xe-100000.
